SMARTi Application Extender uses information from today’s business-critical systems including ERP, CRM, MRP, Accounting, Insurance Administration, Mortgage, Medical Records or Clinical applications to automatically index, search and retrieve documents stored in the SMARTi Repository.  SMARTi manages images, reports, statements, invoices, forms, eMail, faxes, office documents, and more.

 With SMARTi Application Extender users can pre-define or refine their searches with multiple fields, Boolean logic, relational operators or default fields so that only certain document types or date ranges are displayed in the results list.  For example, someone could easily search for an invoice even without an invoice number by selecting an account number and specifying a range of dates.
