William Zastrow President and CEO

- FileMark Corporation, a leading provider of document
processing, archiving and records management solutions, today
announced that it has appointed William Zastrow as the
company’s new President and CEO. William is a recognized
industry leader and will be responsible for overall corporate
vision, business development and strategic product development
for FileMark.

William has more than thirty years of experience in general
management and marketing within the computer hardware and
software industries. Prior to joining FileMark, William was
Senior Vice President of products and strategy for Tower
Technology, a worldwide leader in document processing and
records management solutions. William led Tower from
U.S. market obscurity to wide industry recognition and was
instrumental in the acquisition of Tower Technology by
Vignette Corporation. Prior to Tower Technology, William was
Vice President and General Manager for software at Data
General Corporation now EMC Corporation. Prior to Data
General, he held executive and management positions with Dell
Computer, International Computers, Ltd., and Hendrix
Electronics. William has authored a variety of white papers
and published articles, and is a frequent speaker at industry
conferences.
