FileMark Corporation Appoints Demetri Joannou as Chief
Operating Officer

- FileMark Corporation, a leading provider of document

announced that it has appointed Demetri Joannou as the
company’s new Chief Operating Officer.
Most recently Vice President of Finance for FileMark, Demetri
has been promoted to this newly created COO position and will
oversee financial operations, professional services, customer
services, human resources and administration for the company.

management of all business and financial operations at

Demetri joined FileMark in 1989 and has held a variety of
financial management positions including VP of Finance,
Controller and Director of Accounting. Prior to joining
FileMark, Demetri was employed by Pericomp Corporation, the
parent company of FileMark.
Demetri holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College.
